My name is Benjamin Rogers, and I am running for Mayor of my hometown. I’ve grown up in Goshen. All of my foundations are based here in our community. I grew up in a family committed to service and values. Whether it was church, scouting, or the family unit itself, I was raised in an environment where service to others as a way of life is expected.
As your next mayor, I would bring a balance of youth and life experience lacking in government today. I offer a positive message of growth, with a look to our future. I offer my earnest conviction, willingness to serve, and respect for this office. I ask for your support and vote as we work together to grow our city!

Click to ContactA few years back I had the opportunity to meet Ben Rogers at a young Republicans gathering. He so impressed me that I commented to him that I hoped he would run for mayor of Goshen someday. That someday is now.
Ben impressed me with his love and knowledge of public service. Ben understands that as an elected official and public servant you are responsible for being a good steward of the public’s money.
Another key thing that impressed me about Ben Rogers is his commitment to keeping government as small as possible while delivering quality service to the citizens of our community. Police, fire, water and wastewater treatment, parks and recreation are priorities. While regulations can serve the community well, you must always ensure you do not overregulate the life of our citizens and businesses.
Ben also believes in an opendoor policy to hear suggestions and concerns of citizens. The people and businesses receiving services must be heard in order to ensure that government is delivering services that the public needs and in a way they deserve. Quality customer/citizen service is a must.
Ben is a confident servant leader. I believe he has the strength and energy to serve Goshen well as its next mayor. I hope you will join me in voting for Benjamin Rogers for Mayor of Goshen.
I was born in Goshen and grew up in Goshen. I am a lifelong resident of the Goshen area, and I’ve run my land surveying business in Goshen since 1990.
I am confident in my endorsement of Benjamin’s candidacy for Mayor of Goshen, and I encourage all Goshen residents to join in voting for him in this 2023 Election.

I would like to tell the citizens of Goshen reasons why Benjamin Rogers should be our next Mayor. In observing this young man one of his many assets is his basic honesty in dealing with people and situations. He has the ability to evaluate facts and act with confidence. Benjamin is extremely responsible.
I taught in Goshen Schools and have been the Elkhart Township Trustee for over 20 years and Benjamin understands the relationship between the city and the township. The majority of the city is located in Elkhart Township so his knowledge of how the city and township governments relates will be invaluable. He will bring fresh ideas on how to create better public safety, improve traffic flow problems and better expand the housing situation for working middle-class individuals.
Benjamin is not running for Mayor to get political power, but to see how much he can help people change their lives for the better. What an attitude to have! With his excellent rapport with people, and his ability to solve problems and create solutions, Benjamin is not only the best candidate but the most qualified to be the next Mayor of Goshen.
